Business Plan Development

PCVI helps clients develop business plans for internal and external uses. Internally focused business plans may be strategic to identify organizational goals and cover general guidelines as to how those goals will be achieved or they may be operational in which case they may describe specific achievement markers such as financial or market share goals. Externally focused business plans meet the information needs of stakeholders such as lenders. Owners also benefit from a well developed business plan when planning to sell a business.

These plans include all aspects of an operation to cover sales & marketing, finance, operations, and human resources. External factors are included such as a competitive analysis, market analysis and the current financing environment.
