Community Relations

PCVI keeps investors informed of current events in the communities where their investments are located. We also act as representatives to demonstrate involvement in those communities. This is critical in the land entitlement process as public and community groups have influence with local officials. The results of proactive involvement are reaped in the short and long term.

PCVI helps developers and investors define a friendly and respectful role for themselves in the community that leads to becoming trusted neighbors. We highlight how our clients contribute through possible job creation, increased taxes and neighborhood improvement among other ways that may be specific to each investment.
