Entitlement Assistance

PCVI understands that entitlement and development of real estate entails extensive approval processes involving multiple regulatory jurisdictions. It is common for a project to require various approvals, permits and consents from federal, state and local governing and regulatory bodies. Domestically and internationally the entitlement process is frequently a political one which involves extensive negotiations and concessions in order to secure the necessary approvals and permits.

PCVI assists owners in all aspects of the entitlement process. We initiate and establish communications and relationships with officials and community groups that may be critical to obtaining the entitlement of a project. We may also serve as added resources to owners’ existing development team.
