Financing

PCVI obtains residential property financing and refinancing through a direct lender for one to four units including conventional, FHA and VA mortgage loans (1-4 Units). We also assist our clients in securing commercial financing including conventional and private equity loans.

PCVI reviews current financing of our clients’ portfolios determining the best possible debt structure for each property and the portfolio as a whole. We also complete loan packages for acquisitions and assist in improving the financial performance of assets in advance of obtaining refinancing.
