PCVI negotiates for our clients, whether we are negotiating with a seller, buyer, existing or potential tenant, business partner, supplier, service vendors or lender. We work within parameters set by our clients and suggest alternative strategies to successfully close transactions.

PCVI relieves clients’ of initial investments of time to determine the starting positions of their counter parts. Working as an extension of existing staff, we reduce costs and distractions to our clients’ ongoing business. We are there to represent our clients when they have other more pressing obligations, business or personal.
