Portfolio Analysis

PCVI completes in-depth financial analysis to review cash flows of portfolio properties. This includes operations analysis in the case of hotels and motels. We identify performing and non-performing assets to determine repositioning or disposition strategies.

PCVI evaluates current financing and as needed suggests alternatives that produce increased net operating income. We work with contractors to determine capital expenditure needs and determine the feasibility of completing required improvements. Exit strategies are formulated to achieve investors’ objectives.
