Rent Surveys

PCVI conducts rent surveys for clients to determine if their properties are competitive or undervalued. Surveys often highlight required capital expenses that must be made to move a property to market rental rates. We also examine the stability of the rental market as in some cases increasing current rents may result in unplanned vacancies affecting cash flow.

PCVI surveys competitive rents for clients that are planning to start a business or expand a business in to a certain area to get the most accurate figure for their financial projections prior to making the investment decision. Lenders will often ask for supporting data for business loans as rent is one of the major expenses that affect profitability.
